Intention of enrichment

The intention of enrichment is to seek a pecuniary advantage or an economic improvement. In the case of removal under value replacement, the intention to enrich cannot be given. The intended enrichment must be unlawful, i.e. the potential perpetrator must not have a legal claim to the enrichment.
