Membership or participation rights

The membership or participation rights of the shareholder are the legal and statutory rights of the shareholder as a member of the corporation, which come into existence upon registration of the corporation in the Commercial Register and which are in principle transferable and inheritable. Membership rights include the right to transfer the share, the right to vote, the right of control, the right to inspect the balance sheet, income statement and the right to challenge the resolutions of the General Meeting.
