Exterritoriality

Extraterritoriality is not the exception to subjection to criminal law, but only the exception to judicial coercion. Extraterritoriality as a special status is enjoyed by all persons who are admitted as representatives of foreign sovereignty, their relatives, business personnel and foreign employees.
