A long-term dialogue between investors and companies with the aim of winning management over to the consideration of social, ethical and ecological criteria. This includes exercising voting rights at general meetings, shareholder resolutions and questions at general meetings, joint initiatives, direct contact with companies and decision-makers, discussions with other organisations and decision-makers from business and politics.
