Command procedure

The civil order procedure is an extraordinary type of procedure (possibly also with a punitive sanction) for the purpose of establishing safeguarding measures to maintain the actual state of affairs due to imminent damage, for the rapid handling of clear law or for the recovery of lost property in good faith.
