Affiliates of the jesuits

Affiliated of the Jesuits were old-law religious societies, in whose management or supervision the Jesuits were involved, independently of whether this participation was intended by the statutes of the society or merely actually existed. Thus, in the area of application of the Jesuit prohibition the participation of the Jesuits in the foundation or participation in the management and supervision or in substitute foundations was designated. The Jesuit prohibition was lifted in 1973.
